The Service desk will operate normal business hours over the Christmas period, 0830 – 1730. The Service Desk will be closed on the bank holidays 26th and 27th of December and 2 of January.  Priority 1 or 2 incidents will be handled as normal, please call the support line, 03301190999, in the first instance to report any incidents.

We will be unable to process any provisioning requests from 19/12/2016 to 03/01/2017.  If you require changes to be made, please submit your requests before Friday 16th December
