EHC can be deployed in a variety of ways. With our Assured service, your customer accesses the service over sipsynergy connectivity. Alternatively, your customer can retain their existing connectivity, with our Managed VPN model. And for SOHO users, EHC can be accessed over existing connectivity without a managed router.
Each deployment type supports a mix of EHC licenses. EHC Duo allows user access from up to 10 devices, Solo Hardphone allows access via a single handset, Solo Softphone allows access via Jabber softphone, and Basic provides a simple dial tone only service via a single handset.
